They not metal in the slightest, but Canada's own Bran Van 3000 always turns heads among my peers with "Drinking in L.A.". Any time it comes on, someone will invariably reach over and turn it up, and by the end of the song, more than one person will most definitely be accompanying loudly. And this is with or without alcohol, I swear! Any song that has that effect on people has to have a certain something that represents the decade, right?

Song of the Day: Bran Van 3000 - Drinking in L.A.
Today's 90's Week Song of the Day is another one of those songs pretty much guaranteed to get at least somebody in the room singing along. Provided, that is, you're Canadian. Apparently this song never really caught on elsewhere.
